The Liscop Cutter & Comb A54 is a professional cutter and wide comb set for normal wool. It is ideal for both farmers who does his own shearing and contract shearers alike. Each piece is safe and easy to use and is designed to flow easily through normal wool. The set is 89mm wide.
Clipper blades have two parts.
The larger bottom blade is called the comb.
The comb feeds the hair into the top, or cutting blade.
The comb blade will have more teeth that the top blade. The comb gathers the hair together and holds it while the top blade moves and slices the hair off.
The cutting blade is moved back and forth very quickly by the clipper motor to cut the hair.
The cutting blade may have less teeth than the comb blade.
