Electric Cream Separator Milky FJ130 ERR SS

The Electric Cream Separator Milky FJ 130 ERR SS is the only type that comes with an extra set of stainless steel discs inside the box.

When you buy this separator, you will receive a normal Milky FJ130 ERR model with anodized aluminum discs and drum. Additionally, you will receive an extra pair of stainless steel discs that you may swap out if necessary. 

How to use:

Heat the milk to 40˚C/104˚F, turn on the separator, and transfer the milk into a 3,2 gallon or 12-liter milk container.

How much cream can you get:

• You should be able to get about 1 liter or 2,6 gallons of cream out of 10 liters or 2,6 gallons of milk.
• Compared to the milk that you separate, the cream will have ten times more fat. This implies that the cream will contain 32% fat if the milk has 3.2% fat.
• You can combine cream with low-fat milk that has been separated if you like cream with less fat.​
