Bovi Bond Block Adhesive is designed to bond blocks to bovine hooves to remove weight from a damage hoof section.
It enables the hoof to be elevated so that only healthy sections of hoof are load bearing.

Bovi Bond Block Adhesive is a fast-setting urethane adhesive.
Bovi Bond Block Adhesive is designed specifically to bond wood, rubber or polyurethane blocks to bovine hooves.
Bovi Bond Adhesive sets in as little as 30 seconds.
The hoof then becomes weight bearing as soon as 2-3 mins.
Bovi Bond Adhesive contains no fumes or odours so can be safely used inside.

How to use Bovi Bond Block Adhesive.

• Bovi Bond Block Adhesive is supplied in a robust cartridge with an easy twist off cap.
      This cartridge is compatible with 200cc applicators.
      Load the cartridge into the applicator and lock in the key mix tip.
• Prepare the hoof. Trim the hoof, rasp each claw ensuring to balance the claws.
     Pay particular attention to drying the claws. Use a cloth then finish with a heat gun.
• Place Bovi Bond Lock Adhesive onto the block in a 15mm wide strip.
     Press the block into place on the claw holding for about 30 seconds.
     Do not press to hard on the block, you aim to leave 2-3mm of adhesive thickness between block and claw.
     In 2 to 3 minutes the adhesive will have cured sufficiently to become load bearing.
• When finished remove mixer tip and reseal cartridge with the cap.
      For further uses, remove cap and attach a new mixer tip.
